Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using www.nwlarc.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products from NWLA RC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NWLA RC. Your continued use of the Site or any purchase made through it constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any updates we may make from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. NWLA RC sells products in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. User Accounts

Our Site offers both guest checkout and registered account options. If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

NWLA RC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used in a manner we deem inappropriate or harmful.

4. Products & Pricing

NWLA RC offers 1/28 scale RC cars, hop-up parts, accessories, and custom build services. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing, but we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

NWLA RC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Sales Final Policy

Due to the specialized nature of the RC hobby, all sales are final. We carefully curate every product we carry and stand behind the quality of our inventory.

If you experience an issue with a product you received, please contact us at the information listed in Section 12 below. While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to working with you to resolve legitimate product concerns and get you back on the track as quickly as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. NWLA RC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from NWLA RC pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of NWLA RC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NWLA RC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NWLA RC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to NWLA RC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana.
